What is the difference between the Echo Go and the Echo 50?
The Echo 50 is designed for permanent installation at a fixed entrance. The Echo Go is a portable version, built on castors with a fold-away design so it can be moved, stored, and redeployed as access needs change.
What is the maximum load capacity of the Echo Go?
The Echo Go has a maximum load capacity of up to 250kg, covering the combined weight of the user and their wheelchair or mobility aid.
Does the Echo Go need to be professionally installed?
No structural installation is required. The Echo Go arrives pre-built, can be wheeled into position on its large castors, and simply plugs into an existing wall socket to charge.
Can the Echo Go be used outdoors?
Yes. The Echo Go is suitable for outside use as well as indoor settings, in both residential and commercial environments.
How long does the battery last between charges?
The Echo Go is rated for up to 30 cycles between charges, and recharges via a plug-in wall socket battery charger using a low voltage operating system.
