The gate is closed, and the bolt-lock system secures it shut before the lift moves
The hydraulic scissor mechanism drives the platform smoothly up to the next level, at a speed of 0.15 m/s
On arrival, the gate releases automatically and the user exits
Level call buttons let the user summon the lift to a specific floor with a single press

Yes. The Echo is designed to work well both indoors and outdoors, including porches and garden access.
